The Tesla Powerwall is warranted for 10 years, during which time it is guaranteed to retain at least 70% of its original capacity. However, Tesla expects the Powerwall to last more than 15 years, according to the company website. Actual battery life also depends on factors such as usage patterns, maintenance and weather conditions.
